Assisted clients with the development, acquisition and financing of a number of renewable energy projects in California, New York, Vermont, Maine and Oregon representing over 500 MW of power; represented commercial real estate investors acquire approximately 12,000 multifamily apartment units in California, Nevada, Texas, and Florida, and represented private equity groups acquire, lease, finance and dispose of approximately 400 gas station and convenience store properties in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington.
